Hypersudoku is a nice game which has the same rules as the traditional sudoku but adds one more restriction. Like in the traditional game, your goal is to complete the grid with numbers from 1 to 9, but you cannot repeat the same numbers in columns, rows and 3x3 subgroups. However, this game also adds additional 3x3 subgroups highlighted in the grid, in which the numbers cannot be repeated either. The game is timed, so the faster you complete the puzzle, the more points you will get. If you get stuck, you can use the hints, which will reveal one number, but this will add more seconds to the timer, thus reducing your score.
The game features very simple graphics and sounds, and lovely music. The volume can be controlled from the Options menu, from where you can also set the game to play in full screen. Moreover, the game can be played directly from your web browser, and you can even share your score on many social sites.
In short, if you are a fan of sudoku and you are looking for a challenging variant, Hypersudoku can be a great choice.
